So far, it's the day, it's early afternoon and so far everything is on track for settlement tonight. I'm trying not to get tooo excited, cause I'm one of those people who thinks if you get ahead of yourself, it will all fall apart.
I'll be sure to update tomorrow morning if in fact today was the day.
